This 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Malaysia is for those who are looking to deepen their understanding in the yoga, noClassical Hatha Yoga, the oldest form of yoga. Hatha yoga is not only limited to the physical poses (asanas), but also includes breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. It is a breath-based practice, in which we move slowly and hold the poses according to the ease of our own individual breath.
Vinyasa, or flow yoga, if one of the more popular modern styles of yoga. There are various forms of Vinyasa, ranging from the Ashtanga Yoga Series to the classical Vinyasa Krama Yoga, and other more recent forms which have evolved to merge with martial arts, dance and fitness.

Module 1 syllabus (Traditional Hatha Yoga)
- Asana: the meaning and beauty of asana, 26 foundational poses, their physical and energetic benefits and contraindications, alignment and adjustment techniques. There will be daily guided asana practices.
- Pranayama: their physical and energetic benefits and contraindications, correct technique and execution.
- Philosophy: The Eight Limbs of Yoga.
- Pancha Kosha, Kriya, Bandh and Mudra.
- Anatomy and physiology: the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular systems.
- The art of sequencing and how to create a safe and nurturing environment in class.
- Teaching methodology and ethics: observation, adjustment and cueing skills, professional etiquette.
Module 2 syllabus (Vinyasa Yoga)
- Asana: their physical and energetic benefits and contraindications, alignment and adjustment techniques, along with daily guided asana practices.
- Anatomy and physiology: how to apply modern day understanding of the biomechanics of the body to a Vinyasa practice.
- Pranayama: how to correctly incorporate different types of Pranayama in a Vinyasa practice.
- The psychological understanding of Vinyasa Yoga and its application in a Vinyasa.
- The application of Patanjali Yoga Sutras in a Vinyasa practice.
- The art of basic and advanced sequencing, and how to create a safe environment in class.

His journey with Yoga started early in childhood as his father is a yoga teacher. He has deep knowledge and understanding of the Human body, Biomechanics, Physiology and is able to easily correlate modern day science with ancient Yoga tradition. He looks yoga as a holistic science of wellbeing and promoting evidence based yoga practice by combining biomechanics and kinesiology. His teaching methodology on human anatomy is not only very easy to understand but also full of functional and practical approaches. In India he is practicing as a consultant physiotherapist at “Yuvaan Wellness centre”. He is highly engaged in promoting wellness in various workshops, public events and doing social works to uplift the quality of life of less fortunate people of society.
