300 Hour Yin, Vinyasa and Meditation Yoga Teacher Training in India
This 300 hour Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation Teacher Training Alliance certified course is an all-inclusive advanced teacher training program designed to provide in depth practical knowledge to our students so that they can deepen their personal practice and also become more confident yoga teachers.
Each module is comprised of Yin, Vinyasa and Meditation Yoga Teacher Training in India of teaching. You can choose to complete the full 300 hour course by attending all three modules, or opt for a 200 hour certification by attending two modules or two 100 hour courses under the CYEP program.
We have carefully selected these three modules after doing thorough research and considering today’s modern day lifestyle. We strive to design and present courses that not only embody the true essence of classical yoga, but are relevant to the present day requirements.
All modules run for nine days and are considered Yin, Vinyasa and Meditation Yoga Teacher Training in India in their own right.

Module 1: Yin Yoga (Registered under the Yoga Alliance STICKER certification)
In recent years, Yin Yoga has increased in popularity, due to the modern day ‘Yang’ lifestyle which requires us to be constantly on the move and actively pursuing deadlines, goals, completing tasks; this creates a lot of unrest not only on the physical body, but also on the mental and emotional bodies. Our bodies desperately need rest. Yin Yoga is the perfect balance to an intensive lifestyle – it provides us that much needed space and time to come back to ourselves and just be.
Yin Yoga is a much slower-paced yoga in which the poses are held for a longer period of time (five minutes or more), to allow the body to gently relax and ease into the pose. Holding poses in the correct way for longer periods of time also allows us to tune in more deeply with our body and breath, while activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Yin Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and therefore works consensually with acupressure points, meridian lines, and the five elements of the body (earth, water, fire, air and space).
Module 2: Vinyasa and Advanced Yoga Poses (Registered under the Yoga Alliance STICKER certification)
This module is based on advanced Vinyasa flow and focuses mainly on sequencing. This course was designed for yogis who are looking to venture further into their journey as an advanced Vinyasa flow practitioner or certified Vinyasa teacher.
Our expert team of trainers will guide you in preparing a structural class which uses advanced poses in a safe and comfortable way. You will also learn a new aspect of Vinyasa Yoga, which while still aligned with the true meaning of yoga, is more meditative, healing and creative.
Module 3: Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra (Registered under the Yoga Alliance STICKER certification)
Module 3 is divided into two sections:
Meditation and Pranayama: 50 hours
Yoga Nidra: 50 hours
Meditation. A common misunderstanding is that meditation is something very high level and out of the reach of the common man. The reality is, meditation is everyone’s natural state. A child plays, a writer writes, a runner runs, a Mathematician researches in meditation.
Everybody tunes in to their meditative state when they are being totally present in the moment and not thinking about the past or future.

Pranayama
Prana: life force. Ayama: control. Combined, these two words form the word Pranayama, which literally means breath control. If you can control your breathing, you can control your mind, emotions, and body. Therefore not only in a yoga practice, but in daily life, it is not only essential to be aware of the breath, but to also understand how to breathe correctly. This is a very deep and delicate topic which requires a lot of personal practical experience.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice which has been scientifically proven to produce profound results on the subconscious mind. This practice uproots deep seated unwanted tendencies, while subsequently planting new seeds.

Anurag is a Yoga prodigy who is professionally trained with Master of Physical therapy in orthopedic medicine .He is a certified manual therapist from manual therapy foundation of India (MTFI) and certified in osteopathy and chiropractic techniques. He taught yoga anatomy in 200hour and 300hour Yoga alliance yoga teacher training courses.
His journey with Yoga started early in childhood as his father is a yoga teacher. He has deep knowledge and understanding of the Human body, Biomechanics, Physiology and is able to easily correlate modern day science with ancient Yoga tradition. He looks yoga as a holistic science of wellbeing and promoting evidence based yoga practice by combining biomechanics and kinesiology. His teaching methodology on human anatomy is not only very easy to understand but also full of functional and practical approaches. In India he is practicing as a consultant physiotherapist at “Yuvaan Wellness centre”. He is highly engaged in promoting wellness in various workshops, public events and doing social works to uplift the quality of life of less fortunate people of society.
