Her vast studies have brought her interest to precise physio-therapeutic yoga and biomechanics of the human body. With her knowledge and experience, she has worked with students with illnesses or injuries such as Multiple Sclerosis, Depression & Anxiety, Joint and Muscle Injuries, and Scoliosis. She helped guide students down a path of rehabilitation and healing through individualized physical alignment. Amiro’s powerful and contagious presence always leaves students feeling light, fresh and blissful. Her philosophy in teaching is to empower students to become the master of their own life. Anurag is a Yoga prodigy who is professionally trained with Master of Physical therapy in orthopedic medicine .He is a certified manual therapist from manual therapy foundation of India (MTFI) and certified in osteopathy and chiropractic techniques. He taught yoga anatomy in 200hour and 300hour Yoga alliance yoga teacher training courses.
His journey with Yoga started early in childhood as his father is a yoga teacher. He has deep knowledge and understanding of the Human body, Biomechanics, Physiology and is able to easily correlate modern day science with ancient Yoga tradition. He looks yoga as a holistic science of wellbeing and promoting evidence based yoga practice by combining biomechanics and kinesiology. His teaching methodology on human anatomy is not only very easy to understand but also full of functional and practical approaches. In India he is practicing as a consultant physiotherapist at “Yuvaan Wellness centre”. He is highly engaged in promoting wellness in various workshops, public events and doing social works to uplift the quality of life of less fortunate people of society.

Our 200-hour teacher training in Bali is designed to include both those who want to teach yoga and those doing it for spiritual deepening. We have specifically crafted our curriculum to inspire deep learning for both students and teachers.
All of our trainings to date have sold out, so expect a full class of 20-25 students.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. If for some reason you cannot attend the training, you can apply your deposit to training in a later month. Deposits are also refundable within a 48-hour window.

Dharamshala is renowned for being the home of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. McLeod Ganj, which is a small town in Dharamshala, is known as ‘Little Lhasa’ or ‘Dhasa’, which is an abbreviation of Dharamshala; and used mainly by Tibetans. The majority of its population are Tibetan, hence there are many Buddhist and Tibetan landmarks around the city, the most important and famous one being the Tsuglagkhang – the Dalai Lama’s temple.
Full tuition is INR 1,80,000 for Single Exclusive and INR 1,50,000 for Double Shared Room. A INR 20,000 deposit is required to secure an applicant’s place in the training. You can pay in full or pay later. Balance is due before you receive your access to the training.
